BITCH OWNER AGREES TO:
1) Pay the agreed stud service fee before the bitch is served.
2) Send bitch in good health and in season.
3) Provide veterinary certificate of current negative Brucellosis test.
4) Notify stud dogs owner no later than 50 days, if bitch fails to be pregnant.
Failure to do so will result in no return stud service being provided.
A note from a licensed veterinarian stating that the bitch is not pregnant is required
for return service.
5) Keep bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog
could
mate with her accidentally during her cycle.
Condition of service:
1) No refunds in whole or in part will be given.
2) Stud owners is not liable for any medical costs to bitch or puppies.
3) If bitch fails to be pregnant stud owner agrees to give said dog a return
breeding, but only on her next heat. If bitch fails to become pregnant on following
breeding this contract is terminated. (See #4 above).
4) If a puppy is to be given as payment, stud owner gets 1st pick, one puppy
constitutes a litter regardless of sex or color. Pick will be done at six to eight
weeks. If stud owner is not given 1st pick future breeding will be denied.
5) It is agreed that stud owner is not obligated to sign application for registration of
this litter until and unless stud fee or pick of the litter is given.
