       We care for all of our puppies. We have only a few litters a year and absolutely stand behind our
puppies 100%. Are puppies are ready to go to their forever homes at 8 weeks of age.
I will not let my puppies go home any younger so please do not ask.
Are Puppies are kept very clean and are born and raised indoors. At six weeks of age they are
allowed to have play time outside, everyday weather permitting. They will be given constant positive
attention their whole time with us.
All puppies will have their current health records, at lest 1- 5 in 1 shot ,be dewormed, will have a 24
month written health agreement (please read our Health Guarantee by clicking on the link) The
puppies will go home with puppy toy, collar, leash, puppy care guide, 1 week supply of NuVet
vitamins. And some of the puppy food they are eating.
We can deliver our puppies for a fee if needed, please call for prices.
We ask for a non refundable deposit of $300.00 to reserve a puppy. THE DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TO
THE PRICE OF THE PUPPY.(The deposit is not refundable if you change your mind, BUT I WILL
refund the deposit if I cannot produce a healthy puppy for you to take home). We take Pay Pal, (mail
us a) Postal Money Order or deliver us cash in person whatever works best for you.

We are very proud of our pups and ask that our kennel name "Kingdom Acres" be somewhere in
puppies registered name
Puppies are sold as pets will be sold with a spay/neuter agreement, limited AKC papers will not be
given till proof of spay/neuter have been received by me.At that point they will be mailed to you.
***Full AKC must be approved. If you want breeding or showing rights, an additional $200 will be
added to the price of the puppy. If you plan on breeding your puppy please call.***

Things you should know before you visit.
But please be kind set aside a day to visit us when you will not be puppy shopping at other homes.
You may come visit as soon as the puppies turn 5 weeks old . But we have a strict requirement of all
our guests. We kindly ask that you do NOT go to see other puppies any
where else in the same day before coming to our home.
This is one of the ways the deadly Parvo Virus gets spread!
A very common way puppies get Parvo
is from people bringing the germs to them on their clothes and shoes.
Parvo can be picked up from kennels, contaminated side walks and grass and then tracked
in on your clothes or the soles of your shoes.
Because of this here are some things you can expect when you come visit us.
* We will ask that you step into very shallow solution of bleach and water.
Or ask that the bottom of your shoes are sprayed with Lysol spay that we will provide.
Because of this please wear shoes that you will not mind having this done to.
* Also we may ask that hand sanitizer is used before petting our puppies.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may bring, but we love our puppies and we will do
everything we can to keep them from deadly viruses.

We take great care in shipping our puppies in the least stressful manor available!
We ship all of our puppies on an overnight flight.
That most of the time leaves here between 11 p.m. - 1:00am in the morning.This
makes the flight A LOT less stressful for the puppy.
They sleep most of the way and are already adjusted to being with out food during
the night. They arrive to you first thing in the morning.
When shipping a puppy, we make all the travel arrangements. The puppies are
shipped to your nearest major airport.We make all the shipping arrangements. We
search for the shortest available flight. We try to make the arrangements 3 days in
advance, if possible. We will email the flight arrival information (airline, day of
shipment, flight number, air bill number and time of arrival) as soon as they have
been confirmed to us by the airline, Flight time and numbers are subject to change
without notice. If they do, we will call you immediately after the puppy has been put
on the flight with the changes and all information you will need to pick up your
puppy. The puppies are shipped in an airline-approved crate with Health Vet Cert,
Shot and worming records, Health Guarantee, puppy care guide, food, collar, leash,
baby blanket that smells like home for extra comfort. Puppy must be 8 to 10 weeks at
time of shipping.

Please be informed That a Labrador is a highly intelligent dog. He is a dog that needs to be worked
with or he might get very board. If you have a busy life and only want a Labrador to put in your back
yard and forget about him most of the week and visit with him for a few minutes on the weekends this
is probably not the dog for you. A Labrador was meant to be your best friend and when we have best
friends we certainly should not neglect the friendship but be happy to spend time everyday growing
the relationship.
If you want to purchase a Labrador for your 5 year old who has been wanting a puppy. And do not plan
investing time in this puppy yourself. Please do not call me.When a puppy is taken home it need a lot of
attention and care. It is like bringing home a new baby! It is far to much responsibility for a young child!
We would not leave a baby with a young child to care for it!
If you have an apartment or condo, this dog is probably not for you. Please do not call for one of my
puppies if that is the case. I do not belive a condo or apartment is a suitable home for a Labrador. You
may find a different breeder who may sell a puppy to you, but please do not call me.
A Labrador needs a lot of exercise for he is a working dog and loves to please by working for you. He
is called a Retriever for a reason :)

By accepting your deposit on one of our puppies, we are in good faith reserving a puppy for you.
When we accept your deposit we be will turn away other potential buyers,
Expecting that you will finish the purchase of the puppy when it is ready to go home.
We honor your deposit on a puppy buy not selling the puppy to anyone else.
If you decide to "change your mind' for any reason the deposit you have placed on the puppy will not be refundable.
As we may have lost the potential sale to another family by honoring your deposit.
However, if a family emergency arises and the care for a pup will not be possible.
We will gladly allow your deposit to be placed toward a future puppy, when the care for a puppy will be possible.
No other offers will be given. So please be sure you are serious about the purchase of one of our puppies.
