THE SELLER ALSO GUARANTEES THAT THIS PUPPY IS REGISTERED WITH THE AKC
AND PROVIDED THE OFFICIAL AKC REGISTRATION DOCUMENT. THE BUYER HAS BEEN
PROVIDED WITH A SHOT RECORD AND WORMING RECORD AND FEEDING AND CARE
INSTRUCTION. TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE THE ABOVE DOG IS IN GOOD
HEALTH CONDITION.
In order for the provisions of this guarantee to be valid and in full force and effect, the dog
purchased and covered by this guarantee must be taken to a licensed veterinarian (of
purchaser's choice) for an initial exam within 72 hours of the date of delivery of the dog
Failure to have the Puppy inspected by a certified veterinarian, within 72 hours of
delivery (3 business days) of the above-described puppy voids any and all health
guarantees. Buyer understands and agrees that he/she will remain solely responsible for
any costs incurred in returning the puppy to Seller, as well as all of the costs incurred in
any veterinary examination.

Buyer agrees to provide necessary vaccinations and adequate health care including
proper tooth care for the life of this puppy. Yearly check-ups and booster vaccinations
(including rabies, if required by your veterinarian) are required and should be brought
up-to-date on the health record provided to Buyer at the time of purchase. Buyer also
agrees and understands that if a female is purchased from me with the intent to breed her.
She will not be bread until her 2 heat cycle. To breed before that will void Health
Guarantee!

****Guarantee only applies to the original Buyer, named on page one of this Agreement.
Buyer understands and agrees that the dog must be under the regular care of a
veterinarian.

Kingdom Acres guarantees this puppy for 12 months (from date of birth) against life
threatening hereditary congenital defects, (heart, kidney, lungs). If within that time
period a life threatening congenital defect is found, Seller will replace this puppy with
another of the same breed, quality, sex. The replacement will be subject to availability
(within 12 months). The 1 yearlimited health guarantee covers the cost of your dog only.
Seller will not be responsible for illness or health problems that are diagnosed after this
time period.
BREEDER WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS.
In order for any of the above provisions to be enforceable, a written statement from the
purchaser's licensed veterinarian must be furnished to us as to the exact cause of death
(including an autopsy report) or specific defect. In the event of a question regarding a
defect, a second opinion from a licensed veterinarian of our choice will be the governing
opinion. And UNDER NO CONDITIONS replace a dog/puppy where we were not advised of
its being ill beforehand or "put to sleep" without our permission.

Conditions, diseases & disorders that are NOT covered but
are not limited to the following:

***Sellers will not be responsible for illness or death due to Hypoglycemia or
Hypocalcaemia and other vitamin/food/nutrient deficiencies !

We Do Not Guarantee: bites, (can go off at teething) ears standing, Molera (have or not),
testicles, (can take 7 months to drop all toy breeds can be this way), fertility, patellas
grade 1 or 2 , hernias, calcium drops or blood sugar drops, Trachea in small breeds do
sometimes develop a peculiar cough, this is due to the collapse tracheal rings, it is also
known as reverse sneezing. Usually happens when pup gets excited, .Size when full grown,
color of coat, or quality of coat .I do not guarantee the size of any puppy. I can only
"estimate". Seller does not, guarantee breeding abilities, size, or quality of show whether
or not AKC registered. This includes all faults of any kind.

***Our dogs do not have skin problems or allergies. But we do not guarantee against
allergies or skin problems. (Allergies can be caused by, your type of grass, dog food (corn
is the most common), soaps, new home carpet, cedar and pine chips, bug killers on your
lawn or in your home, etc.) Seller does not guarantee that the dog sold with open AKC
papers to be of show breeding quality or free whelping, (things can happen during
whelping that may cause a necessary Cesarean Section), or that testicles will drop.

***KINGDOM ACRES DOES NOT GUARANTEE any dog against illnesses like Parvo and
other viral diseases after 48 hours of the sale . These are viral diseases and they can be
contracted immediately after leaving our facility. We do not have any control of the
places your puppy may be taken too, where this puppy may pick up contagious illnesses.
So The Sellers will not be held responsible for Parvo or Other virus after 48 hours of the
sale. PURCHASER SHOULD AVOID PUBLIC EXPOSURE OF PUPPY UNTIL PUPPY IS
FULLY VACCINATED!_

***Our guarantee also dose not cover any type of injuries, including those that may be
caused by the neglect or abuse of purchaser. Improper diet also constitutes neglect or
abuse as well as purchaser not keeping a proper vaccination schedule!!!

***Buyer agrees to continue giving this Puppy Nu Vet Plus vitamin supplement throughout
its life. If Buyer fails to give this puppy a daily NuVet Plus vitamin, the health guarantee is
null and void.

Buyer agrees to feed this Puppy only those brands of food that can be purchased from pet
supply stores (i.e., Pet smart, Petco, etc.) . Be aware that most of the DOG foods sold in
grocery stores, and superstores (i.e., Wal-Mart) are junk!!! THEREFORE, DO NOT FEED
YOUR PUPPY FOOD BOUGHT FROM THESE TYPES OF STORES OR YOU WILL
INVALIDATE THE GUARANTEE.
Many of the foods purchased from these types of stores can, and may, cause health
problems. These types of foods typically have "fillers" which means you have to feed more
in order for the dog to get proper nutritional value and there is more waste because of the
fillers.

Buyer understands and agrees that under NO circumstances will the above-described
puppy be sold, given away, traded, leased or donated to any pet shop, humane society,
research laboratory or any similar facility.

First Right of Refusal. If, for any reason, Buyer is unable to keep this Puppy, Seller shall be
given the first right of refusal. If Seller accepts this puppy back, at the sole expense of
Buyer, the puppy shall be returned to Seller�s possession and control, and Buyer shall
execute all necessary documents to transfer ownership back to Seller. If Seller is unable to
take said Dog, and Buyer has found an appropriate new home, Buyer will provide to Seller
all pertinent information as to the placement of said dog (i.e., name, address, etc. of new
Buyer). Under no circumstances will Seller be obligated to Buyer for a cash refund, and
including but not limited to, veterinarian costs, shipping, and original purchase price of
the above-described Dog.

Buyer understands and agrees that any and all legal action, which may arise under any
provision of this Agreement, will be brought in the State, County and City of Seller's
residence. Buyer Will Be Responsible for All Court Costs Involved Due to Breach of
Contract

Hypoglycemia �

This is a central nervous system disorder caused by low blood sugar. It occurs mainly in
Toy Breeds, between 6 and 12 weeks of age. Stress is the leading cause. � The signs are
those of listlessness and depression and are followed by muscular weakness, tremors
(especially the facial muscles) and later, convulsions, coma and death. The entire
sequence is not always seen and may simply appear to be depressed, or he may be wobbly,
jerky and may go into a coma. � Hypoglycemia can occur without warning, when a puppy is
placed into a new home, or while being shipped. Symptoms might appear after a puppy
misses a meal, chills or becomes exhausted from too much playing or has a digestive
upset. These upsets place an added strain on the energy reserves of the liver and bring on
symptoms (if the dog is susceptible). � Treatment � Begin at Once! Treatment is directed
at restoring blood levels of glucose. Give the puppy a mouthful of Nutri-Cal (Canine
Supplement). If he cannot swallow it all at once, it will begin to absorb under the tongue
and should start bringing him back to a conscious state so that will be able to swallow the
rest. When he can swallow, give him water (about 1 cc at a time so he doesn't choke).
Continue to give him Nutri-cal and water about every 10 minutes until he is conscious and
moving about. CALL US IMMEDIATELY!! If we cannot be reached call your Veterinarian.
If the puppy does not respond, call your Veterinarian immediately!! The puppy will need
Sub-Q injections of lactated ringer's solutions every 4 hours for about 2 days for
hydration. He may also need some antibiotic to combat secondary infections that can
arise from the lowered immune system that results form hypoglycemia. � If you do not
have Nutri-cal (canine supplement) you can temporarily substitute this with honey or
light Karo/Corn syrup until you can purchase Nutri-cal. As soon as the puppy begins to
recover, give him some canned food and try to get him to eat. You will also need to begin
some Pepto-Bismol to help him from getting bad diarrhea. The large dose of Nutri-Cal or
syrup will probably cause some diarrhea to occur, but is usually self limiting. � To prevent
recurrent attacks make sure the puppy eats at regular intervals. He should have dry food
available at all times and should be fed canned food at least 2 times a day. A daily vitamin
should be given, (Nutri-Cal 1 cc 2 or 3 times a day) also cottage cheese or yogurt can be
added to the diet. � Owners of toy puppies should not allow them to become overtired or
chilled. Play time should be limited and controlled to prevent undue stress and tiring.
Hypoglycemia must be offset by frequent feedings. A puppy who does not eat frequently,
for whatever reason is heading for trouble. � WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST THIS
CONDITION. � Each puppy will go home with a tube of Nutri-Cal. I have read and
